Intruder Alarms – An intruder alarm is designed to help in case of an emergency; therefore, a routine preventative maintenance schedule is imperative to ensure it is working at all times. Our dedicated team of service engineers will visit your property at a mutually convenient time at either 6 or 12 monthly intervals depending on the type of monitoring that you choose.

Fire Alarms – To comply with regulations, all fire alarms need to be regularly maintained by the ‘Responsible Person’ on a weekly basis and annually by a qualified engineer. We maintain all forms of fire systems, new and existing.

CCTV – Annual maintenance for CCTV systems is of paramount importance from two different perspectives. Primarily to confirm the correct working of all the technical equipment but also to assess the system is fit for purpose. During the service, our fully qualified engineers discuss with you any changes in need for the system.

Access Control – CIA provides a 24hr call out service and maintenance schedule for Access Control systems to comply with governing body regulations and ensure that the equipment performs to the best of its ability.

Gate Automation – We provide service and maintenance for new and existing systems fitted by any company. Prevention is always better than cure. By having your gates regularly serviced, you reduce the possibility of time consuming and costly repairs and increase the life expectancy of your gates. Our fully trained service technicians can attend your site to carry out a full preventative maintenance service.
